WINNERS OF WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK DRAWING CONTEST

Campbellton (N.B.) –  The Restigouche Breastfeeding Promotion Committee is happy to announce the names of the winners of the drawing contest organized to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week, held this year between October 1-7, 2007.  According to Renelle Savoie, Public Health Nurse and committee member, the contest was a great success.  “We are very happy about the public’s participation in this initiative,” she said.  “Participants had to submit a drawing of what breastfeeding means to them.”

• Danyka Leclair, first prize, winner of an  iPod.
• Jean-Sébastien Roy, second prize, winner of a family pass at the Dalhousie Recreaplex.
• Zoé Blanchard, third prize, winner of a family movie pass at Figaro Cinema.
• Marie-Ève Caissy, winner of an iPod, as her drawing was chosen as a logo by the Committee.
